If you plan on volunteering in the classroom, school or participating as a chaperone on any field trips you are required to fill out this attached CORI form and return it to school (with a copy of your driver's license). Please take the time over the next few weeks to fill it out and return it to your teacher of the Cutler office with a copy of your license. . This will save us all time when we are trying to arrange volunteering schedules and details for field trips.
