Thank you to everyone who came out for our 2022 Ski, Skate & Board event!
It was our most successful event to date, and the Friends of Cutler are grateful to all who volunteered to help or came to shop. Your support is truly appreciated! See you in 2023!

Get Ready!

To Donate:
  • Sort your items to donate.  Please refer to our policies and procedures for the Items we accept.
  • Drop them during Drop off times
  •  Collect a receipt for your taxes & gain entry to our Pre-Sale! (Volunteers must work at least 2 hours BEFORE the event to qualify and donors must donate AT LEAST $50 in merchandise.)

To Consign:
  • Print out our policies, consignor tags, and inventory list.
  • Create your Consignor ID:
    • First letter of your last name
    • Last four digits of your home/primary phone #
    • Example:  Susie Smith, 468-1234 - Consignor ID is S-1234

Organize and Tag your Inventory:
Print out our blank tags, preferably using cover or card stock to avoid tearing during the sale.  Our tags are numbered consecutively to help us reconcile the sales in the end.   You may create your own tags on your computer, as long as they contain the appropriate information.

Start tagging and we will see you at the event!

Hockey pads, gear, face masks, helmets with valid safety sticker, sticks. Sport-specific carry bags.

NOTE: Please be sure to review the Policies and Procedures in the consignor information section for a complete list of items that we WILL and WILL NOT accept.

2022 Indemnified Binding List

As noted on the Policies and Procedures, we can only accept skis whose bindings are still listed as current by their manufacturers. Due to copyright laws, we are not allowed to publish that list here, however, we have hard copies of it and will check your skis against it when you drop them off. Please understand that there are liability concerns around the sale and servicing of bindings that are not on this list, so if we can't take them, we can't take them. As Michael Corleone would say.... "It's not personal, it's business".
