Cultural Enrichment Update
The Cultural Enrichment committee was pleased to bring one of America’s most successful and decorated female athletes, Kristine Lilly, to Cutler School. Kristine joined us Monday, March 5th to talk to students about leadership in sports, what makes a successful leader and her 23 year career with the US National Women’s Soccer team, during which she was Captain from 2005-2007.
As well as being an Olympic gold medalist, Kristine is known as being the world’s all time appearance leader, playing in 352 caps. You can share some of the highlights of Kristine’s career with your children by viewing the Tribute to Kristine Lilly on You Tubehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j5yiX0JYqB88
Save the Date - Adult Social April 27th!
Save the date of Friday, April 27th from 7-11pm at the Hastings House in Beverly Farms! The adult social is taking on a new twist this year. Due to the continued success of our Ski Skate & Board event, this event will NOT be a fundraiser rather just a FUN - RAISER! Join us for a Corn Hole Tournament (you only have to pay if you wish to play, all other attendees may join in the fun for free). Great Gatherings (for the adults) and Teacher Experiences (for the children) will be offered and as always, a cash bar will be available. Ticket details forthcoming.
The purpose of the Friends of Cutler is to support and enhance the educational experience of the students of Cutler Elementary School in Hamilton, Massachusetts. All activities of the organization are intended to encourage and facilitate school spirit and meaningful communication between home and school, as well as provide additional financial support as needed.
